Peter is an outstanding mediator, as good as or better than any I have ever worked with. This neutrality is displayed in a number of ways, maybe most in his willingness to allow both parties to fully tell their story and to really listen. In my experience, clients see that Peter is neutral, which builds trust in the process. Third, Peter is relentless, he will not give up as long as he believes a resolution is possible and the parties want to try to get to a resolution.
